The organizers were moved by Manouche jazz and have held various events so far, but they are now staging it as a festival to raise awareness. The event title is taken from the name of Django Reinhardt, the guitarist who represents Manouche jazz. This festival brings together Manouche jazz artists active both in Japan and abroad.
