A local Higashi-Koenji circuit event organized by the Koenji-based music agency DUM-DUM, held right up against a certain major festival. As a sort of pre-festival for the Koenji Awa Odori coming up the following week—and as a variant of the annual DUM-DUM PARTY (note: in 2016, DUM-DUM PARTY will be held in December)—we’re charging ahead with this event.
