Winter Fest: In the tolling of Gion’s bell resounds the impermanence of all things!!
An outdoor winter festival will be held in December at the Osaka-jo Open-Air Music Hall. It will feature bands and singer-songwriters who are active mainly in the Kansai region. Festivals usually include food vendors, of course, but there will even be a nail art booth this time!
