A local festival inspired by the name of a legendary festival, dedicated to discovering musicians and artists focused on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture.

This is a music festival hosted by Nikoichi, who made their major-label debut with the theme song for the film “Seed-planting Travelers: Kuni-umi no Sato,” set on Awaji Island. With the theme “Hyogo’s STOCK is full of GOOD treasures,” the festival showcases the charms of Hyogo to audiences across Japan.
