Hayashi Osteopathic Clinic Music Festival
After returning to their hometown of Tochigi, where there are far fewer live music venues compared to life in Tokyo and fewer opportunities to enjoy music, the deputy director of a chiropractic clinic—an avid music lover—launched this festival with the desire to root music in Tochigi as well. To make it enjoyable for households with children, the event is thoughtfully scheduled from midday to early evening.
