When I attended my first music festival as a freshman in college, I was captivated by its charm—“I can’t believe there’s a place this free and this fun.” I share information about wonderful music festivals every day to help grow the community of festival fans.

Kanazawa Lifelong Youth FESTIVAL is an event that started in 2014 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. It was launched by local artist A(c) and is a festival that brings artists from all over Japan to the city and broadcasts music from Kanazawa.

Kanazawa Lifelong Youth Festival

Kanazawa Lifetime Youth FESTIVAL is organized by the local Kanazawa-based band A(c). Launched in 2014 to commemorate A(c)’s 10th anniversary, the festival was born out of gratitude for the music they’ve encountered and their hometown. It’s a festival filled with A(c)’s love for music and for Kanazawa.
