Even after his death, this classic has been covered and passed down by many artists.

JR West 'Three Cities Story' commercial song

Beautiful city ~ Let’s do our best, We love KOBE ~Eri Hiramatsu

It was released in 1995 as Eri Hiramatsu’s 16th single.

The song was unveiled as the campaign anthem for Kobe’s post-earthquake recovery effort “Ganbaroya! WE LOVE KOBE,” following the 1995 Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.

It was also used as the CM song for the resumption of JR West’s tourism campaign “Santo Monogatari,” which had been temporarily suspended due to the disaster.
