First held in 2018 in Karatsu City facing Karatsu Bay in Saga Prefecture, Karatsu Rock Fes is a lavish event where hot bands from inside and outside the prefecture come together—even though admission is free. It’s a circuit-style festival held at venues in the city center, so you might have trouble choosing which of the many bands you want to see. With the sea nearby, it promises to be a perfect day to soak in rock sounds in an unbeatable location!
