This commercial not only shows Mitsuyoshi Uchimura, Yuki Amami, and Ren Meguro enjoying Kirin Beer’s Harekaze, but also highlights the beer’s appeal through the positive buzz around them.
By conveying not just each person’s sense of how good it tastes but also the reactions of those around them, it feels like it resonates with a wide range of audiences.
Combined with the gently arranged “Kaze ni Naritai” playing in the background, the spot clearly communicates a fresh, gentle flavor.
Kirin Beer Harekaze: “Let a Good Wind Blow” / “The Young Brewer”Mio Imada

This is the version of the commercial for Harekaze, the new beer launched by Kirin Beer in 2024, featuring Mio Imada as the sole performer.
In the “Let a Good Breeze Blow” segment, it’s introduced that a portion of sales can be donated to cherry blossom conservation efforts, while the “Young Brewer” segment highlights that the person who created Harekaze was an employee in their fifth year at the company at the time of development.
Both versions are notable for their fresh, breezy visual style.

Kirin Beer Harekaze: “A New Breeze in Beer” / “Your Patronage, Please” / “Memories of Summer Gifts” / “Truth Between the Brows”Teruyoshi Uchimura, Yuki Amami, Mio Imada, Ren Meguro

In this commercial for Kirin Beer’s new standard, Harekaze, the natural expressions of the cast are especially charming.
Pay attention to their faces as they talk about Harekaze’s delicious taste and share beer-related stories.
With the cast wearing yukata, the ad really captures a strong sense of summer.
Kirin Beer Harekaze: “Ideal Timing” / “Fireworks ACTION” / “The Particular Pouring Method” / “Summer Greetings: Ms. Imada” / “Summer Greetings: Ms. Amami”Teruyoshi Uchimura, Yuki Amami, Mio Imada, Ren Meguro

These are Sunny Breeze commercials for the summer of 2024.
In each spot, the cast members speak passionately on their respective themes, as if answering interview questions.
The appeal lies in the summery touches—such as the cast wearing yukata and the sound of cicadas—that enhance the seasonal atmosphere.
Smirnoff Ice “Full-On Personality” Version

It’s a song included on B’z’s 19th original album, released in 2015.
It was used in a commercial for Kirin’s “Smirnoff Ice” and was written specifically for the ad.
Takahiro Matsumoto, who composed the music, said it was easy to create because the tie-in requested a specific style—“a beat like this,” and so on.
Conversely, Koshi Inaba, who wrote the lyrics, said it was difficult because there were no requests regarding the words.
Kirin Beer New Beer “The Name’s a Secret: Mr. Uchimura” Version

Teruyoshi Uchimura of the comedy duo Ucchan Nanchan is drinking KIRIN’s new beer.
It looks like the new name is written in the background, but Mio Imada, who serves as the narrator, stops him from saying it.
Their exchange—Uchimura insisting, “Just one character…” and Imada firmly replying, “No”—is quite charming.
The commercial features a bossa nova-style arrangement of THE BOOM’s 1995 hit ‘Kaze ni Naritai’ (I Want to Be the Wind).
The breezy, refreshing song is perfect for a spring ad!
Kirin Lemon “Harewataro.” Version

Kirishima Moka, who is active both as an actress and as a singer, performs “Kirin Lemon no Uta.” Many artists have arranged this melody for Kirin Lemon commercials, but this version has been crafted into a pleasant piece that showcases Kamishiraishi Moka’s signature clear, translucent vocals.
Though short, both the lyrics and the performance are arranged in a way that brims with her charm.
It also uses a melody that’s long been familiar, so it’s delightful that you can sing along after hearing it just once.
