LUNATIC FEST.

It’s a rock festival hosted by LUNA SEA, commonly known as “Luna Fes.” Launched in 2015 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of LUNA SEA’s formation, it’s a lavish event that brings together veterans of Japan’s rock scene and powerhouse bands from the younger generation. Rock fans can experience an irresistible time as the entire venue is enveloped in intense excitement.

This is a free admission event themed around Food, Farming, and Music, organized primarily by local farmers and centered on singer-songwriter Caravan. Although Chigasaki is often associated with the sea, its northern area features beautiful fields and greenery, and farming is thriving. However, illegally dumped trash has become a problem. Because the mountains, rivers, and sea are all connected in this region, the event aims to inspire a shift in participants’ awareness and help expand cleanup efforts. To protect this landscape and pass it on to future generations, we will share messages through music that encourage people to think about the environment. @JAM, which began with its predecessor event WotaJAM and has been sharing a variety of Japanese cultural phenomena—centered on idols and spanning anime, Vocaloid, and more—and Idol Yokocho, which started as a goods shop in Akihabara, both celebrate the 10th anniversary of their inaugural events in 2021. To commemorate this, the Akihabara Idol Circuit will be held as a collaboration event! Held in a circuit format, this modern live style lets you enjoy the performances at a relaxed pace without being overly crowded—perhaps a bit of a luxury these days. This music festival, held in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture—also known as a city of music—is a popular event drawing attention for featuring today’s hottest artists.
