Kanto’s Popular Music Festivals [2025–2026]: A Complete Seasonal Guide to Outdoor Events (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter)

A festival held under the concepts of “giving back to the town of our alma mater” and “revitalizing Ochanomizu.” Quite renowned jazz musicians also perform. It’s a fantastic festival where you can fully immerse yourself in the world of jazz, so it’s sure to be a hit!

A circuit-style event held in the Shimokitazawa area—home to restaurants, vintage clothing stores, record shops, and live houses, and a hub for diverse culture—Shimokitazawa Nite. The organizers are the band THE Love Ningen. The event is held with the theme of creating new connections through music. With a stamp rally and performances by elementary and junior high school bands, it’s an event that can be enjoyed not only by adults but also by children.

This is our 17th New Year’s Eve concert at Yoyogi Gymnasium, a tradition we’ve kept since 2000. Among fans, Yoyogi is called a “sacred place” and “home,” but it seems it will be unavailable for a while due to renovation work starting in 2017. This time, it looks like the performance will mark an important milestone at this special venue.
