When I attended my first music festival as a freshman in college, I was captivated by its charm—“I can’t believe there’s a place this free and this fun.” I share information about wonderful music festivals every day to help grow the community of festival fans.

We’ve put together a roundup of music events happening in October, including outdoor rock festivals, circuit-style festivals, and jazz street events.

We’re grateful to have the chance to encounter wonderful music again this year at events like Aomori Rock Festival, earth garden, Yokohama Jazz Promenade, and BOROFESTA!
