Summer Music Festivals Held in Eastern Japan [2025–2026]

SWEET LOVE SHOWER is an outdoor festival organized by SPACE SHOWER TV. These days it’s held at Lake Yamanaka at the foot of Mount Fuji. With its location offering views of Mount Fuji and a lineup packed with popular artists, it’s an extremely popular event.

Animelo Summer Live, commonly known as Anisama, is a summer festival where anime song artists gather in one place. Anisama draws as many as 80,000 attendees each year, making it one of the largest anisong events in Japan. Many artists take the stage one after another, offering a lineup that promises both surprises and enjoyment.

SUKIYAKI MEETS THE WORLD has long been beloved as one of Japan’s leading events introducing world music and culture, held in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture. Sukiyaki Tokyo was conceived so that artists visiting Japan for this event could tour the country and bring the experience to Tokyo as well. The Yatsugatake Jazz Festival, commonly known as Yatujazz, is held at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. A number of renowned jazz artists take the stage one after another for dynamic sessions. It promises to be a full day of authentic jazz. The venue, Kobuchizawa Wellness Garden, features stylish Western-style architecture.
