Summer Music Festival Schedule Summary [2025–2026]

HOTARU Fes is a music festival held in Hokubo, Maniwa City—home to the world’s most fireflies. Organized by local music and event enthusiasts, it takes place every June when the fireflies dance. Musicians from a variety of genres, as well as food vendors, workshops, and art from in and outside Okayama Prefecture, gather with Maniwa at the center, creating a festival that people of all ages—from small children to adults—can enjoy all day.
