Panic Vacation

A “fashionably late summer festival” presented by UTAGE, a Kyoto-based instigator and planner. Up-and-coming musicians active mainly in the Kansai region will gather in Kyoto. The event will be held at Kyoto GROWLY on both days, and one of its biggest draws is the chance to experience this uniquely atmospheric live music venue in Kyoto.
