Announcement of the Launch of a Crowdfunding Project for the “Southern Hokkaido Rock Festival THE BOOSTER”

We announced in September 2019 that we would hold “Southern Hokkaido Rock Festival THE BOOSTER,” and now there are only four months left until the event.

With support from many people, we are gradually moving forward with planning and production.

As we prepare to hold this event, we are launching a crowdfunding project to gather support from as many people as possible and ensure the event’s success.

For this event to continue into a second and third edition, the key to success is to take root in the community and grow into an event beloved in Southern Hokkaido.

Therefore, the Donan Rock Festival Executive Committee, formed by volunteers from the private sector, aims to promote regional revitalization activities from the Donan area and become one model for regional revitalization.

For the project, we’re offering crowdfunding-exclusive merchandise, tickets to a crowdfunding-exclusive after-party event, and a selection of delicious gourmet foods from Southern Hokkaido as returns. We plan to expand the rewards in line with upcoming ticket sales and artist announcements.

Over the roughly two-month project period, we aim to raise awareness of the event, reach our fundraising goal, and build momentum toward holding the event.
