Over 100 live shows per yearIt can be said that they are a live band that has kept performing and kept on running.

In 2015, they signed with TONIGHT RECORDS, a sister label of TRUST RECORDS in Nagoya, and in 2016 they released their first mini-album, LINK, nationwide.A must-watch band broadcasting from Nara to the entire country.

It features stylish guitar rock, driven by energetic, technical drumming and a bassline that gives you a jolt.

To the point that they even once broke their bass during a live performance in the pastPowerful live performanceA must-see!

What is Re:Festival?

Re:Festival is an outdoor rock festival held at Kashihara Shrine in Nara Prefecture, taking place for the first time in 2017.

It is held at the same time as the Yume no Mori Festival, an event that takes place every October at Kashihara Shrine.

The venue is nestled in a nature-rich forest... It looks like it will be an event that people of all ages, from adults to children, can enjoy.

Admission is free, and from morning until evening you can enjoy live performances by bands with close ties to Nara.

Our thoughts on holding the event

The biggest concept of this event is “In Nara, the place where our members grew up, we want to give back through the music we’ve been making! There is something called “”.

They also play over 100 live shows a year at clubs across the country, and with fellow bands and fans all over Japan, to those people...I want you to come visit Nara.and to even more peopleI want to widely share the culture of live music venues and rock. There also seems to be that sentiment.

Highlights

We’ve introduced Re:view and Re:Festival up to this point, so from here I’d like to share the appeal of Re:Festival.

This year, to get off to a strong start, we’re enlisting the help of artists from Nara.

In this first year,All performers are artists with ties to Nara.It was announced that ...

For fans who usually watch Re view’s shows at live houses around the country, it might feel like almost all the bands are unfamiliar.

However, the vocalist-guitarist Yuichi Teramoto said on Twitter that it was interesting, and "There are bands this cool in Nara, too! It's as if they are broadcasting, '...'.

If you're from outside the prefecture, why not join and look forward to new encounters?

From musicians who once performed at major festivals and finalists of large contests to young bands leading the next generation in Nara, it’s a lineup you won’t want to miss.

By the way, since I’m from Nara Prefecture, I’m kind of excited—it feels a bit like a mini class reunion (lol).

A music festival held in a venerable, storied forest

Kashihara Jingu Forest Recreation Garden

Kashihara Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Japan’s first emperor, Emperor Jimmu, and the venue is a venerable forest located in this historically rich place.

In a venue surrounded by nature, children can really have a great time.

Also, this time the Re:Festival will end at 4 p.m.

Around the venue are sites from the Kofun and Asuka periods.Historical tourist attractionsSince it's well-equipped (with plenty to see/do), it might be nice to explore some history after the festival.

A wide variety of booths for the whole family to enjoy

Forest of Dreams Festival

As mentioned at the beginning, Re:Festival isForest of Dreams FestivalHeld simultaneously.

Kashihara CityLocal gourmet food of Miyazaki City, our sister cityOh, of course.Gourmet Food of Nara PrefectureYou can also enjoy it.

It seems there will also be a stage dedicated to acoustic performances near the food booths, so you’ll be able to enjoy not only cool full band sets but also more mellow, intimate performances.

There will also be a kids’ area called “Kodomo Hiroba” and hands-on booths where you can learn about the charms of the local area, making it a fun event for families.

With delicious food, plenty of play areas, and lovely music, wouldn’t it make for the best day?

Distribution of a compilation by the performing artists

At the venue on the day, flyers will be distributed that include QR codes allowing you to listen to songs by the performing bands.

If a band’s live performance moved you and their recordings became your favorite, be sure to head to a live house and see them in person.

It is our hope—the organizers at Re view, everyone involved in running the event, and those of us who want to see more music lovers—that this event will inspire people to visit live music venues.

Pre-event to be held in Neverland!

Re:Festival Pre-EventPrior to this event, a three-day pre-event was held at their home base, Nara Neverland.

It built up excitement ahead of the events, such as on days with solo acoustic sets and on days with electrifying floor shows!

In addition, to raise the funds needed to hold this Re:Festival and to create the event together with the fans, rubber wristbands are also being sold.
