Save The Birthday is a charity festival held every year in Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture. Because it’s a charity event, admission and parking are free, making it easy to attend. Since Laguna Beach hosts a seaside summer festival, it’s the perfect event to soak up the season to the fullest. With the crowd’s energy, you’ll forget the heat as you lose yourself in the music, and enjoying the local food and drinks is another highlight. The lineup is packed with hot artists, especially from the Japanese rock scene, making it tough to choose which date to attend. If possible, you’ll want to go to all of them.

Music and Hige-tachi is a stadium-style rock festival held at HARD OFF ECO Stadium Niigata, a baseball park that can accommodate 30,000 people. When you think of summer festivals, you might picture outdoor stages, but because Music and Hige-tachi is held in a large stadium, you can enjoy a distinctly different atmosphere.
