BLAZE UP NAGASAKI, the outdoor festival hosted by SHANK, a three-piece melodic punk band from Nagasaki Prefecture, will once again be held this year at their local venue, Kamino-shima Park in Nagasaki. This event, organized by HY from Okinawa, began in 2011 with the theme of creating a place where children can find their dreams and a place that connects families. The activities prepared for children have grown richer every year, and around the main stage for live performances, there are a variety of attractions such as magic shows, athletics, and workshops that families can enjoy together. In the food area, popular Okinawan eateries gather in kitchen cars, letting you savor local flavors—which is a real treat. Rock fans can experience an irresistible time as the entire venue is enveloped in intense excitement.

This music festival, held in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture—also known as a city of music—is a popular event drawing attention for featuring today’s hottest artists. It also hosts a newcomer discovery audition designed to support local performers, and the stage by the Grand Prix winner is a highlight.
