Launched in 2017 as a spring festival originating in Kansai, this event has been held under the concept of “a music festival that shapes children’s futures.” It carries the hope that by seeing and experiencing real, world-class artists up close, children will take their first step toward making their dreams come true. Now, this event is also being held in Mishima, Shizuoka! In light of the restrictions placed on events since the COVID-19 pandemic, local residents are taking the lead as organizers out of a desire to provide as many joyful experiences as possible.
