This is an audition-style event for amateur bands that started in 2010 in Kameyama City, Mie Prefecture. Anyone engaged in musical activities, from young people to seniors, can participate as long as they are amateur citizens. Several screening stages are held before performing on stage, including audio and performance reviews, and the 10 bands that make it through compete live on the day for the Kameyama Music Jamboree Award.
