When I attended my first music festival as a freshman in college, I was captivated by its charm—“I can’t believe there’s a place this free and this fun.” I share information about wonderful music festivals every day to help grow the community of festival fans.

A festival where you can enjoy campfires and music, held at Wakasa Park Campground—one of the rare places in Tokyo’s 23 wards where campfires are allowed.

Takibi Club is held under the concept of enjoying music not under glittering electric lights, but by the gentle glow of lanterns and campfires—right in the heart of the city, not deep in the mountains. It’s a music festival where you can have fun your own way: savor the outdoors around the fire, grill vegetables you bought at the market over the flames, and more.
