When I attended my first music festival as a freshman in college, I was captivated by its charm—“I can’t believe there’s a place this free and this fun.” I share information about wonderful music festivals every day to help grow the community of festival fans.

Tohoku HAPPY HOLIDAY has been ongoing since 2012 in various forms. It continues with the desire to gather music from Tohoku, have many people listen to it to spread the region’s appeal, and serve as a gateway to Tohoku’s music.

Tohoku HAPPY HOLIDAY has been held since 2012 with the hope that people in Tohoku will get to know and connect with wonderful musicians from all over Japan, as well as musicians from Tohoku. Starting with its seventh edition in 2018, it has been held as an outdoor festival. Keep an eye on the ever-evolving Tohoku HAPPY HOLIDAY!
