[Townwork Commercials] Popular and All-Time Commercials Roundup [2025] (1–10)
This is a Townwork commercial featuring Mio Imada and FRUITS ZIPPER together.
Set to the melody of “Seija no Koshin” (March of the Saints), Mio Imada sings and dances to the familiar phrase, “If you’re going to get a part-time job, Townwork,” while the members of FRUITS ZIPPER dance and move across the background.
It’s an adorable ad that’s a must-see not only for Imada’s fans but also for fans of FRUITS ZIPPER.
A commercial where the Town Work jingle is performed solo like a national anthem in a stadium.
Singing in front of people wearing various work uniforms and outfits are Kyoko Fukada dressed to the nines, Noriyuki Makihara singing while playing an electric piano, and Haruma Miura looking sharp in a tuxedo.
It feels like three solo performances that could really happen.
As expected of a professional singer, Makihara’s powerful, beautiful voice draws you in, as if he were truly performing in such a venue.

A commercial where Haruma Miura solo-sings the Townwork jingle at a stadium as if performing the national anthem.
People wearing various work clothes and uniforms hold Townwork in front of their chests, and there Miura places his hand over his heart and sings the Townwork song solo.
He looks so cool in a tuxedo that you can’t help but be captivated.
The final pose, like saying “Nailed it!”, is cool too!
Mio Imada appears in the Townwork commercials, known for the catchphrase “If you’re going to get a part-time job, Townwork.” In the “Humming” version, she is shown singing a parody of “When the Saints Go Marching In.” In contrast, in the “Standing” version, the parody plays as background music, but Mio Imada simply stands there, looking a bit bashful.
The final shot of her flashing a peace sign with a smile is particularly memorable.
Neither spot relies on flashy appeals, yet both are crafted into highly memorable commercials.
“Belting Out a Motivational Song” VersionHitoshi Matsumoto, Shotaro Mamiya
Shotaro Mamiya gives his first singing performance in a commercial but rates himself only 40 points; new Townwork “Part-time Job God” series CM by Hitoshi Matsumoto: “Motivational Song” version & making-of
The Townwork commercial “The Motivational Song: Passionate Performance,” which began airing in September 2018.
It’s the second installment in the “God of Part-Time Jobs” series starring Hitoshi Matsumoto.
In the ad, he gives motivation to Shotaro Mamiya, who plays a college student unenthusiastic about job hunting.
With a sudden burst into song, Mamiya’s energy rises and he belts it out, while Matsumoto’s deadpan reaction makes it a comical spot that’s hard not to laugh at.

In the Townwork commercial released in February 2019, in addition to Hitoshi Matsumoto—familiar as the “part-time job god”—and Shotaro Mamiya, JP, a popular impressionist known for impersonating Hitoshi Matsumoto, also appears.
JP performs as a fake god, showcasing his Matsumoto impersonation.
Since the faces aren’t very clear in the footage, many people probably listened only to the voices and mistakenly thought both were the real Hitoshi Matsumoto.
