TRNSMT FestivalFri 7/11 – Sun 7/13, United Kingdom

TRNSMT is a new Scottish festival from the organizers of T in the Park, which was canceled in 2017. The debut of the rock and indie festival, held on Glasgow Green, was incredibly energetic, featuring none other than Radiohead, Kasabian, and Biffy Clyro. Because TRNSMT is a city-center festival, you have the chance to visit Glasgow’s bars, restaurants, and nightclubs once the main music finishes. The promoters also announced that they would be showcasing a variety of artists on the King Tut’s stage, meaning audiences will have the opportunity to discover up-and-coming talent.

Wireless FestivalFri 7/11 – Sun 7/13, United Kingdom

This festival, held in London, England, focuses on dance music such as R&B and hip-hop and takes place annually from late June to early July. The venue and duration vary from year to year. Tours from Japan are available, making it easy to attend, and the event has grown larger with each edition. Unusually for a dance-music festival, it has a relatively long history and is considered one of the long-running events. While it’s not an EDM-focused event and therefore never became a massive trend, it is expected to maintain steady, enduring popularity.
