FireBall Fest.Taiwan, Sat 11/22–Sun 11/23

This is a festival hosted by Fire EX, a rock band that represents Taiwan. Since they also perform at festivals and live shows in Japan, they have strong ties with Japanese bands, and many artists from Japan perform every year. You can enjoy artists from various genres active in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and more, so you’re likely to discover new music beyond your favorite bands. There are also merchandise and food-and-drink booths, and you can freely join in with a drink in hand. The atmosphere is similar to festivals in Japan, the venue is easy to access, and it’s a great event for first-timers to overseas festivals—highly recommended.

Czech

Let It Roll WinterFri 2/20 – Sat 2/21 Czech Republic

Let It Roll began in 2003 as a club event on the Czech music scene. From the clubs, it evolved into a larger-scale winter festival held in factory venues and quickly became the most popular event in the Czech Republic. In 2008, the promoters decided to host the first summer open-air festival. More than 3,000 attendees gathered at the Oplatil sand quarry near the city of Pardubice, and everyone was thrilled by the amazing atmosphere. The following year, the number of visitors doubled to 6,000.
