wailing in griefShizuka Kudo
Kudō Shizuka - Dōkoku

A 1993 song that became her best-selling single.
The lyrics were written by Miyuki Nakajima.
It was the theme song for the drama “Ano Hi ni Kaeritai,” in which she also appeared.
It’s a heartbreak song about a woman with an unrequited love for a man, who is heartbroken after being introduced to his new girlfriend.
Perhaps because the lyrics are by Miyuki Nakajima, the parts that read like a dialogue between a man and a woman feel distinctive and very realistic.
