Fujii Kaze – “masshiro” (pure white) [Official Audio]
Pure white Fujii Kaze

Singer-songwriter Fujii Kaze, whose vocals are at once ennui-tinged and subtly sexy, leaves a strong impression.

Though he comes from an R&B background and has many technically challenging songs, “Masshiro” is different.

This piece has a soft, dream-pop-like feel, and the vocal lines are gently contoured.

In fact, the range is on the narrower side—mid1 C to mid2 G—so you shouldn’t have trouble with vocal production.

It’s also an easy song to harmonize, so try singing it with a friend.

RADWIMPS feat. Masaki Suda – Utakata Uta [Official Music Video]
Utakata Uta RADWIMPS feat. Masaki Suda

This song was the theme for the film “God of Cinema,” starring Masaki Suda.

Written by Yojiro Noda of RADWIMPS, who also appears in the film as an actor, and featuring Masaki Suda as a guest vocalist, the track is notable for lyrics that resonate with both of their characters in the story.

While it can be sung solo, it’s also recommended if you’re looking for a duet suitable for two men.

There aren’t many high notes overall, and the vocal range isn’t very wide, making it relatively easy for most people to sing.

Perfume is a unit known for Yasutaka Nakata’s distinctive compositions and their high-level dance performances.

Because their songs have a mechanical feel, I think people who aren’t confident singers may find them hard to sing.

While that is true to some extent, there are exceptions.

One of them is Spinning World.

Despite its mechanical impression, the vocal line is not difficult, and there are no tough spots in basic areas like long notes or range.

It’s rare to find electronic music that even those who struggle with singing can handle, so be sure to check it out.

Hatsuboshi Academy “Scenery” Official Music Video (HATSUBOSHI GAKUEN – Koukei)
Kokei First Star Academy, Hiro Shinozawa

This is a song where the pauses are very important, and you should sing each phrase carefully, almost as if savoring it.

One of my students who’s really into First Star Academy loves this character and practiced a lot.

The key is not to rush—sing each word of the lyrics with intention.

When you sing, using a head-voice base brings out the right vibe.

The pitch right before the last chorus is slightly low, so be careful not to let your pitch drop.

Since the song is generally head-voice based, keeping that mindset and sending a steady stream of air forward will make the low notes easier to produce.

Rather than changing your singing style, focus on engaging the vocal folds and using your breath well.

For those not used to singing, the relaxed melody makes it easier to practice because you can take slower breaths!

Soliloquy MV [Chiikawa MAD] [Music Video]
Hitorigotsu Hachiwara

Chiikawa is a popular anime loved by a wide range of people, from elementary school children to adults.

The song “Hitorigotsu” is sung by Hachiware, a character in the series.

Given the time slot it airs in, most elementary schoolers have probably heard it at least once.

The piece is characterized by a very simple vocal line.

The pitch movement is very gentle and the range is quite narrow, so even upper-grade students whose voices may be unstable due to voice change can sing it without any problem.

AIMYON – Sketch [OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO]
Sketch Aimyon

Aimyon is a popular female singer-songwriter whose musical style is inspired by folk songs.

She has produced many great tracks, and among them, “Sketch” is especially easy to sing.

The vocal range is somewhat broad at mid1 F# to hi E, but the hi E only appears once in the final chorus, and the higher parts are generally around hi C#, so junior high school girls shouldn’t have trouble with the vocals.

It’s also a relatively recent song, so its popularity is spot-on.

Definitely consider adding it to your repertoire!

[Middle School Students] Easy-to-Sing Karaoke Songs Ranking [2025] (91–100)

superstarKetsumeishi91rank/position

“Superstar” is a song by Ketsumeishi that was used as the opening theme for the anime Crayon Shin-chan.

It’s an upbeat dance track and an easy choice for karaoke.

The tempo is a bit fast, but it’s easy to keep the rhythm, and there isn’t much range in pitch, so even kids who aren’t confident singers will find it easy to sing.

However, there are many rap sections, so if you’re not comfortable with rap, make sure to practice.

That said, there aren’t many super-fast parts, so it’s beginner-friendly.
