KANA-BOON Karaoke Popular Songs Ranking [2025] (1–10)
monsterKANA-BOON8rank/position

KANA-BOON is a rock band from Sakai, Osaka.
While rooted in rock, their catchy sound has earned them love from a wide range of generations.
Among their works, the song “Bakemono” is one I especially recommend to men in their 20s.
It features a melody that embodies the essence of Japanese rock and has an overall refreshing vibe.
The vocal range is relatively narrow and there aren’t many long tones, but there are slightly fewer breathing spots, so be careful not to push your voice too hard.
Song of the DeadKANA-BOON9rank/position

This is the opening theme of the anime “Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead,” which depicts protagonists trying to accomplish everything they’ve ever wanted in a world overrun by zombies.
Released by KANA-BOON in September 2023, it’s a chaotic yet uplifting rock track themed around the liberation of life.
Precisely because the situation is desperate, they take on the things they truly wanted to do.
That attitude of chasing freedom overlaps with the energetic sound and really hits home.
It’s perfect for livening up a Halloween party or for times when everyone wants to let loose and have a blast.
SUPERNOVAKANA-BOON10rank/position

A solid, aggressive rock number by KANA-BOON.
This track has been chosen as the opening theme for the TV anime “Dr.
STONE SCIENCE FUTURE.” Brimming with a sense of speed befitting a story about forging the future through the power of science, it powerfully sings of an indomitable spirit—“wielding imagination as a weapon and repeating infinite trial and error”—which mirrors the protagonists’ very challenges.
It will stir your heart as you face your own battles and give you the courage to take that next step.

There, thereKANA-BOON11rank/position

KANA-BOON is a band that has continued to stay popular for many years with their upbeat melodies and lyrics.
While they’re considered a mid-career act among Japanese rock bands, they’re still active on the front lines, so even high school students have probably heard their songs.
Among KANA-BOON’s tracks, the one I especially recommend is “Horarara.” It’s a somewhat uptempo song, but the pitch movement is simple, making it easy to stay in tune.
Be sure to add it to your repertoire.
snow globeKANA-BOON12rank/position

KANA-BOON is a four-piece rock band that continues to make its mark on the Japanese music scene with a perfectly relaxed yet driving band ensemble.
Snow Globe, included on their major-label second album TIME, is a rock tune whose spacious sound is a perfect fit for winter scenery.
Its uniquely floating, refreshing beat makes it a crowd-pleaser at winter shows like year-end and New Year parties.
With an arrangement that shifts time signature partway through, it’s a crystal-clear track that creates a sense of tension across the entire song.
DiverKANA-BOON13rank/position

This time, I’d like to introduce “Diver” by KANA-BOON.
It was selected as the theme song for BORUTO: NARUTO THE MOVIE.
KANA-BOON often appears on mainstream TV, so many of you may already know them.
This universally appealing song works well both for karaoke and for band performances.
Baton RoadKANA-BOON14rank/position

It’s a driving four-on-the-floor guitar rock number.
It was released in 2017 as the 11th single by KANA-BOON, a rock band from Osaka Prefecture.
It might be good to sing it with clear enunciation of each word.
It was used as the opening theme for the anime “BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS.”
