[Anime Songs] Anime tracks recommended for men in their 30s to sing at karaoke
For some reason, the opening and ending songs from the anime we watched as kids still get stuck in our heads even now, don’t they? So I’ve put together a list of anime songs that are perfect for karaoke, recommended for men in their 30s! Also, the old idea that anime equals “for kids” has faded, and I think many adults still watch modern anime.
So I’ve included tracks from anime that are currently very popular among adults, too! Be sure to try singing both the anime songs from your childhood and today’s hits at karaoke! Go with your classmates and it might get even more exciting.

[Anisong] Anime Songs Recommended for Men in Their 30s to Sing at Karaoke (41–50)
YOU’RE THE ONEICHIKO

The opening song of The Familiar of Zero: Rondo of Princesses is sung by the female singer ICHIKO, but the lyrics are written from a male perspective about protecting a precious girl, so it’s a song that can get the crowd going even when sung by a man.
It has a driving feel, and the key isn’t very high, making it relatively easy for male singers to perform.

While listening to Linear BlueUNISON SQUARE GARDEN

It’s the theme song for the movie TIGER & BUNNY: The Beginning.
It’s easier to sing than the other two Tiger & Bunny songs, and if you use a machine like DAM that plays the anime footage, the nostalgia will definitely make you want to watch the anime again.
If you want people to recognize it as a Tiger & Bunny song, singing the TV version’s “Tracing Orion” (Orion wo Nazoru) is also a good option.
My First KissReassured Dad

A first love that everyone experiences at least once.
Released by Anshin Papa in May 1990, this theme song for the anime Kiteretsu Daihyakka expresses the sweet-and-sour feelings of young love with a uniquely cute singing voice.
It carefully portrays the pure emotions of a boy in love.
The song’s captivating vocals were created using a special technique: the vocals were recorded at half tape speed and then played back at normal speed.
Hi-STANDARD covered the song as My First Kiss on their album Love Is A Battlefield, and in 2016, Rasmus Faber’s cover was used in a Suzuki Baleno commercial.
Please enjoy this memorable track, where heartwarming melodies and lyrics intertwine.
ANTI-HEROSEKAI NO OWARI

SEKAI NO OWARI’s 10th single, released in July 2015.
Chosen as the theme song for the film Attack on Titan starring Haruma Miura, it generated significant buzz.
Although the lyrics are entirely in English, the vocal range isn’t very wide, making it a singable track for those comfortable with reading English or who enjoy singing Western music.
The song strongly reflects the world of the movie, so it’s also recommended for fans of Attack on Titan!
A perfect day for applesROCKY CHACK

It’s the ending song of Spice and Wolf.
This one also has entirely English lyrics, but since it’s a slow-tempo song, you’ll probably be able to sing it fairly quickly if you practice by tracing the katakana shown above the English lyrics.
Depending on the karaoke machine, the katakana may not be displayed, so memorize the pronunciation well and then try again at the karaoke place.
Blue Springangela

It’s the ending theme of “Seitokai Yakuindomo.” The lyrics are from a female perspective about relatable student-life experiences, but the comical tone means it wouldn’t feel out of place for a man to sing it either.
If you can nail the rapid-fire delivery of verse one, verse two, and the ending, it’s a pretty exhilarating and fun song.
I want to shout that I love you.BAAD

It’s a classic song etched in my heart along with nostalgic memories of my youth.
Starting with a refreshing morning scene, it portrays the protagonist’s feelings as they waver between friendship and romance, expressed through a passionate melody and powerful vocals.
As BAAD’s signature work, it was released as a single in December 1993 and used as the first opening theme for the TV anime SLAM DUNK.
In March 2021, it won the Users’ Choice Award at the Heisei Anisong Grand Prize, and it continues to be loved across generations.
With lyrics that capture universal themes—such as the frustration of love and the courage to take a step forward—it’s perfect for when you want to indulge in bittersweet memories of romance.
