Recommended bands from Ukraine. Popular international bands (31–40)
ДиегоXS

A quick breather here.
They’re not a band, but a sexy R&B group that’s been a hot topic in Ukraine.
Let me introduce a disco-style, high-energy troupe of beauties called XS.
In the past, they’ve released songs like Yu-rya to support female politicians, and surprisingly, many of their tracks are really danceable and good.
Follow Your DreamSUNCROWN

A project band centered around a Ukrainian keyboardist that brought together multinational musicians.
The 2011 release Follow Your Dream is a work created by a diverse lineup including members from Brazil, the Netherlands, Turkey, the United States, and more.
The sense of speed and the beat set it apart.
Zombie DogsAGHIAZMA

A heavy metal band that rose to prominence in Europe after performing at Eurovision in 2017, Agiazma is a truly fascinating group whose five members each have distinct musical styles.
The way these individual traits are brilliantly blended is a hallmark of Agiazma and has earned them high acclaim in Ukraine.
Immerse yourself in their sharp yet weighty metal sound.
WarBlame

In Japan, many people associate Western music with English, so this may be unfamiliar to some, but countries in Eastern Europe like Ukraine and Russia, as well as the Nordic nations, boast world-class prowess in rock.
One such country with top-tier talent is Ukraine, home to the popular death metal band Blame.
Their intensely heavy musical style is striking, and the “deathly” sound they create is truly overwhelming to hear.
If you enjoy aggressive music, be sure to check them out.
FireDELIA

Delia is a Ukrainian band formed in 2005.
They’re known for a symphonic metal sound that blends lyrical female vocals with classical elements, gaining popularity not only in Ukraine but across the Russian-speaking world as well.
While most Eastern European symphonic metal features ethereal vocals, Delia stands out with a vocal style that puts cool, powerful expression front and center.
Their tracks share a unified style, so if you like Delia’s cool, hard-edged sound, they’re a must-listen.

ВогоньDELIA

Among the bands I’m introducing this time, my personal top pick for a female singer with a beautiful voice and stunning looks is Delia.
It’s symphonic gothic metal, and the slightly unpolished-yet-charming vocals of Anastasia—who isn’t exactly known for expressive range—are exactly what make it click.
It sits somewhere between idol pop and symphonic metal, so I recommend it for people who tend to get a headache or upset stomach from the heaviness of typical metal.
Blood in our wellsDrudkh

In a word, it’s fiercely primal, rootsy black metal.
It even feels like metal performed as part of a Viking ritual.
Each track is very long, the world-building is expansive, and it’s god-tier metal with a grizzled, old-school vibe.
