Medley of Western Hit Songs (21–30)
Treat You BetterShawn Mendes

It’s a love song about falling for a female friend who already has a boyfriend, lamenting, “I’m more suited for her than that guy.” The lyrics convey the heartbreak so vividly that many people likely got hooked on this song in 2016.
I Hate U, I Love Ugnash ft. olivia o’brien

Titled “I Love You but I Hate You,” this song portrays a man and woman struggling with heartbreak and a complicated relationship.
Even after they break up, their feelings keep missing each other—teetering on the fine line between “love” and “hate”—and Olivia sings it all with a powerful, soaring voice.

Heathenstwenty one pilots

This is the theme song of the movie “Suicide Squad,” which became a huge hit in the United States and tells the story of prisoners with unusual powers who end up saving the world.
It perfectly matches the film’s quirky premise, and its suggestive lyrics and low-key background music have been a hot topic.
In The Name Of LoveMARTIN GARRIX & BEBE REXHA

It’s a very 2016-style, cutting-edge hit in which the chorus has almost no lyrics and shifts into a trance sound.
In the music video, the image of her wearing a flashy bright red dress and singing as if crying out about love is extremely striking.
Cheap ThrillsSia

Even on nights when you’re broke but want to have fun, this music alone will get you dancing and make it an amazing night.
After all, that’s what “Cheap Thrill” is all about! The music video, styled like a black-and-white TV show from the ’60s–’70s, is also a joy to watch.
Once In a WhileTimeflies

It’s upbeat music that’s perfect for party people who love clubs and parties.
It’d be great as background music for summer events, too.
The title is “Tama ni wa,” and the chorus means “Sometimes I just want to dance and feel good.”
