Karada Taiso is a song everyone can enjoy while moving their bodies together.

With Anpanman as a model and simple choreography, it’s a delightful track that even young children can enjoy.

The lyrics comically introduce the body parts you move, making it a staple often performed at Anpanman shows.

Be sure to have fun using your whole body with family and friends!

Blue Tears – Kokin’s SongKokin-chan (Aya Hirano)

Kokin-chan is a character who made her first appearance in Kokin-chan and the Blue Tears, which was screened alongside the 2006 movie.

She’s one of the characters with many fans, even ranking quite high in popularity polls.

Her special skill is fake crying—she can shed tears even when she isn’t sad—and she’s Dokin-chan’s younger-sister figure.

It’s a cute theme song that perfectly suits the selfish yet innocent and free-spirited Kokin-chan, who can even fluster Baikinman and Dokin-chan.

The familiar ShokupanmanShokupanman (Sumire Shimamoto)

It’s Shokupanman’s theme song, “Familiar Shokupanman.” With its hero-like melody, listening to it makes you feel as if a battle is about to begin.

The lyrics are so typical of Shokupanman—kind at heart yet a bit affected.

Unlike Currypanman and Anpanman, Shokupanman apparently isn’t a bread made by Uncle Jam.

Horaman Mechakucha Cha 2018Horaman (Kazuki Yao)

This is the theme song of Horaman, the cutest and most terrifying low-ranking villain in Anpanman history.

Fitting for Horaman’s theme, it opens with an intense rock sound, then shifts into a warm, fun tune with humorous lyrics.

If you listen closely, the lyrics are surprisingly profound, offering a perspective that makes you think about good and evil.

Anpanman Ondo ’99Dreaming

When it comes to anime songs, you just can’t leave out the “ondo” style.

Many anime have used ondo as their theme song, and here’s “Anpanman Ondo,” sung by Anpanman, released in 1999.

Micman’s top-notch MC skills shine, and of course, Tendonman—one of Anpanman’s most charming characters—delivers a part that’s a must-listen even for non-fans.

Lullaby of the Dream CatNyanii (Tomomi Nishimura)

With its relaxed tempo and gentle vocals, this song is soothing to the ears.

It was used as the theme song for the film “Go! Anpanman: Nyani of the Land of Dream Cats,” released in July 2004.

The singer is Tomomi Nishimura, who also voiced the guest character “Nyani” in the same film.

The lyrics, like a bedtime story, invite you into a dream world just by listening.

The track is included on albums such as “Go! Anpanman Movie Song Collection.” It’s a calming piece that’s perfect for helping children drift off to sleep.

Rainbow StarDreaming

A poetic and slightly bittersweet song that layers fragile yet beautiful dreams and hopes onto a rainbow you can see but can’t grasp.

The gentle vocals of Dreaming and the grand orchestral arrangement softly wrap around the listener’s heart.

Used as an insert song in the film “Go! Anpanman: The Pyramid of the Rainbow,” released in August 1997, it adorned the moving final scene.

When you’re a little tired from your daily efforts or want to feel a sense of kindness, listening to it will surely cleanse your heart.

And when you hear it again as an adult, you may find yourself feeling it in a different way.
