The singer is voice actor Tetsuo Sakaguchi.

His theatrically tinged delivery, backed by stage experience, makes him the character himself.

The song is an insert track that plays during a moving scene in the film “Go! Anpanman: Ruby no Negai,” released in July 2003, and is also included in the commemorative album “Go! This is the theme song that colors the scenes featuring Kuroyuki-hime in the short film Kuroyuki-hime and the Super-Popular Baikinman, released in July 2005.

The singer is Mire Aika, a former Takarazuka Revue Flower Troupe top star who also voiced the same role.

Performed during the transformation scene where the princess is dyed black, the song brilliantly captures the character’s slightly dark yet charming side.
