Tati Zaqui is a female singer known for funk carioca, a genre popular among Brazilian youth.
Funk carioca emerged around the 1980s and shares many similarities with other Latin music, but Tati Zaqui’s take on the genre is arranged in a style closer to dancehall reggae.
