Welcome to Christmas

This is a song used in Candlelight Reflections, held at Tokyo DisneySea.
Among the songs over the years, it’s one of the most popular hits—a track anyone can enjoy, no matter the era or the listener.
Its fantasy-filled sound moves and inspires us.
As long as there is Christmas

There’s hardly anyone who doesn’t know the Disney animated classic Beauty and the Beast.
But are you familiar with its spin-off, Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas? Be sure to check out the song As Long as There’s Christmas from the film, too.
The story fills in the gaps within Beauty and the Beast, depicting how the Beast spends Christmas with Belle and how their love deepens.
The song celebrates both their love and the joy of Christmas.
What is Christmas?

In the film The Nightmare Before Christmas, this is the song that captures the awe Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, feels after opening the door to Christmas Town and wandering into the world beyond.
Knowing nothing about Christmas yet, Jack—the king of fright—bounces around with childlike innocence, singing about the people and things he encounters in the snowy town.
It’s an absolutely magnificent classic.

Wish Upon a Star

It’s the main theme song that Jiminy Cricket sings in the film Pinocchio.
Its gentle melody suits the holy night, and the lyrics—promising good fortune to those who wish upon a star—also connect it to Santa Claus.
In fact, in parts of Northern Europe it’s associated with the Bible and treated as a Christmas song.
The Japanese title is “Hoshi ni Negai o,” known in English as “When You Wish Upon a Star.”
Let It Go ~As I Am~

Even people who haven’t seen the film have probably heard it.
It’s the main theme song from the blockbuster Disney animated movie Frozen.
It’s also included on May J.
’s mini-album Christmas Songs, which features the Japanese version.
A new standard that breaks from conventional winter imagery.
This version is the one sung by Takako Matsu.
Wish ~This Wish~

This song was used in Disney’s 100th anniversary film, Wish.
With a vocal performance that is both powerful and delicate, it conveys a resolve to speak the truth and the courage to face adversity.
Released in 2023, it was also included on the Japanese soundtrack CD released in December of the same year.
As an important piece that reflects the heroine Asha’s feelings, it is used at a turning point in the story.
The Japanese version sung by Erika Ikuta is said to be highly regarded by the U.
S.
headquarters as well.
It might be nice to listen to it on Christmas night while talking about dreams and hopes with someone special.
Celebration Bell

When it comes to Disney’s winter tales, it has to be Frozen—and the impression that its songs are outstanding is especially strong.
This is a midday song from the day of a Christmas party featuring Anna, Elsa, and Olaf.
With Olaf’s unstoppable excitement and a charming glimpse of the moments before the castle’s upcoming party, it’s a highly entertaining musical.
