Refreshing Beat Cheer / Disney Summer Festival [Sports Day & Recital Dance] Easy Dance Choreography
Refreshing Rousing Disney

Disney Natsu Matsuri was held at Tokyo Disneyland from 2012 to 2018.

It was a unique event designed to evoke the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese festival.

Among its highlights, Soryo Kobu—a performance staged in front of Cinderella Castle—featured dance with a Japanese flair, blending the charm of old-fashioned festivals with Disney magic.

A simplified arrangement of the choreography uses many linear movements, making it easy to learn, and when performed in unison, it creates a powerful stage presence.

This is an upbeat dance song used in the Baymax’s Happy Ride attraction at Tokyo Disneyland.

With the name “Baymax” sung to the rhythm, the song features a lively, friendly melody.

The choreography is very simple—just moving your arms up and down is enough to have fun—so anyone from kids to adults can join in easily.

Dancing in a group naturally brings out smiles and fills the venue with a cheerful atmosphere.

A New AngleTokyo Disneyland Baymax

[High-Quality Audio/High-Quality Video] Big Hero 6 Baymax Big Brother Edition – Tokyo Disneyland The Happy Ride with Baymax: A New Angle
A New Angle: Tokyo Disneyland Baymax

There are six songs played on the popular attraction “The Happy Ride with Baymax,” each available in three versions: with dialogue, without dialogue, and instrumental.

They’re available for streaming and on CD.

“A New Angle” is also a catchy track, and its lyrics—suggesting new possibilities like “If you spin around and look, you’ll discover a new way of seeing”—are really cool! If you were to choreograph a dance to this song, adding lots of jumps and occasionally swinging your arms wide to the left and right could make it really fun.

It’s a perfect recommendation for younger elementary students, too.

And it’s also great as background music to create a lively mood during recreation time!

Happy Ride Tokyo Disneyland Baymax

Have you seen the movie Big Hero 6? It’s a story that weaves in Eastern elements, which is rare for a Disney film.

You might think it’s just for kids, but it also has suspense, so I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t seen it yet.

The Baymax-themed Disneyland attraction “The Happy Ride with Baymax” is also very popular.

While the ride is operating, one of six songs plays, including “Happy Song” and “One Sweet Ride.” Every track is upbeat and sure to make you happy.

The CD is also available for purchase, so I hope you’ll listen to all the songs first!

From 2013 to 2018, the main song played in Tokyo Disneyland’s daytime parade was “Happiness Is Here.” Centered on this track, the parade featured a Disney medley including titles like “Dumbo” and “Snow White.” As an aside, the previous parade, “Jubilation!,” was great too.

“Happiness Is Here” is very dance-friendly and easy to choreograph, allowing you to include lots of fun clapping and jumping sections.

Please also check out the choreography by various dance teams uploaded on video sites for reference.

It’s a highly recommended song that can be widely used from preschoolers to elementary school students.

Real GoneCars

One of the charms of Disney movies is anthropomorphism.

Snowmen talk, and cars and airplanes have human-like personalities—there are all sorts of elements that spark children’s imagination and curiosity.

The film Cars is like that too.

It’s not just a simple good-versus-evil story; friendship and love run deep beneath it all.

Sheryl Crow’s song “Real Gone” pairs perfectly with a cool dance.

It’s also a great BGM choice for school sports days during sprints or relays.

The Cars soundtrack is packed with tracks you can use, including songs by Chuck Berry and Rascal Flatts.
