Ya LaymiGnawa Diffusion

Gnawa Diffusion is a Gnawa music band from France and Algeria that operates out of France.
Their lyrics are written not only in French but also in Arabic and English, highlighting their multinational activity.
Their ethnically-inspired songs are very pleasant to listen to—once you hear them, you’ll be hooked.
JerseyGranville

Granville is a French pop band formed in January 2011.
The members are vocalist Mélissa Dubourg, singer-songwriter and guitarist Sofiane El Garrafi, plus a bassist and a drummer, making it a four-piece.
Influenced by 1960s pop, the band is known for songs with a somewhat nostalgic feel.
They released their debut single, “Jersey,” in June 2012, followed by their debut album, “Les Voiles,” in February 2013.
They haven’t seemed very active publicly since then, but they’re a very tasteful band, so we’re excited to see what they do next!
Soul DraculaHot Blood

Hot Blood is a music group formed in Germany in the early 1970s, known for songs that fuse distinctive genres such as disco, novelty, and horror rock.
They made their debut in 1975, and their single that year became a major hit.
In Japan, it reached No.
7 on the Oricon chart and sold over 400,000 copies.
Their hallmark is tracks with a horror flavor, which helped spark the “bizarre disco” craze.
Members have included May Ambruster and Penny Duck.
Their album Dracura and Co fully showcases their unique world.
This group offers a unique sound that will also appeal to fans of horror films and weird fiction.
Oh Yeah!Housse de Racket

This track from the album “Forty Love” features a sound that evokes unpolished yet striking electro, delivering a strong pop vibe that feels uplifting right from the intro.

Dernière danseKyo

Kyo is a French four-piece rock band famous for their song Dernière Danse, which means “Last Dance.” Their music is pop-leaning yet lets the natural sound of the instruments shine through, with melancholic choruses that pair perfectly with slow-tempo drums to create a distinct flavor.
If you enjoy the vibe of the American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers’ classic Californication, you’ll likely fall in love with Kyo’s songs as well.
FouL’impératrice

Formed in Paris in 2012, the French pop band L’Impératrice is known for catchy tracks that incorporate elements of nu-disco.
Their music strikes a perfect balance: whispery female vocals, clean guitar tones without excessive distortion, a groovy yet understated bass, and drums that quietly support the songs.
With a sound that feels both airy and rhythmic, they’re well worth checking out if you like ambient, funk, or fusion.
Hortz Fur Dëhn Štekëhn ẀeštMagma

Magma is a relatively rare progressive rock band in France.
The most astonishing point about this band is that its leader and drummer, Christian Vander, developed a fictional language called Kobaïan, and the lyrics are written in that language.
This leads to the curious situation where even French listeners can’t understand the lyrics, which is kind of amusing.
Musically, they’re close to the American progressive rock band Tool.
If you like the chaotic sound of Tool, I highly recommend this band!
