Funny parody songs. Hilarious, popular parody tracks (81–90)
Goodbye ElegyMasaki Suda

The original song is Masaki Suda’s third single, “Sayonara Elegy,” released in February 2018.
It was the theme song for the NTV drama series “Todome no Kiss,” starring Kento Yamazaki, and while the original track—like the drama’s content—is quite intense, here it’s been turned into a comedic parody with an exam theme.
Precisely because the original lyrics are so intense, the contrasting parody lyrics really stand out.
Still, I think many people who have gone through entrance exams will find plenty in this parody version that rings true and is easy to relate to.
The lyrics are very comedic, but I feel it gets a better reception if you sing it in a very serious tone!
My Past Life, Many Lifetimes Ago

Humor-packed parody songs have a magical power to instantly brighten everyone’s mood.
A parody based on the theme song from the film “Your Name.” can make even non-fans of the movie smile without realizing it.
Keeping the original’s pop and emotional melody, it adds lively, funny lyrics that fill you with energy just by listening! When you’re worn out from studying or work, this track blows away the fog in your head.
It’s a song crammed with charm—you’ll never get tired of it, no matter how many times you listen.
binge eating and drinking

A parody song set to the familiar street-corner melody of “Stargazing” is making waves, wittily skewering everyday overindulgence in food and drink.
It humorously captures the struggles of our eating habits, bringing a smile to listeners’ faces.
With its snappy rhythm and addictive lyrics, you might find yourself humming it without thinking.
It’s perfect for a quick breather, offering a lighthearted moment that lifts your spirits.
Why not give it a listen as a small pleasure in your daily life? Chances are it’ll hit your funny bone just right and become a parody you can truly enjoy.
Effeminate; overly sentimental; being clingy/whiny (context-dependent)OriRaji Fujimori & Golden Bomber

When it comes to Golden Bomber’s signature songs, this is the one.
The lyrics humorously portray the frustrations and heartache of love, leaving a strong impression.
It was released as a single in October 2010 and became a hot topic thanks to numerous tie-ins, especially frequent use in TV programs and commercials.
Their style fuses visual kei with J-pop, with strong rock elements as well.
This time, it features an interesting setup where Shingo Fujimori from Oriental Radio adds call-and-response lines to “Memeshikute.” Definitely give it a try!
Kokoro Odoru Himpeki Nii-san Ver.Himupeki Brother (Yūki Himura)

This is the “train-nerd version” that Banana-man’s Yuki Himura performed in a radio show segment, where he changed the lyrics of nobodyknows+’s “Kokoro Odoru” to the names of all the stations on the Tokaido Main Line (Tokyo–Kobe).
Junior comedian colleagues did the chorus.
His partner, Osamu Shitara, also gave it high praise.
Opera Showa NinkyōdenHaruhiko Saito

This is an eight-minute, large-scale comedy sketch featuring actor Haruhiko Saito—known for performing original lyrics set to melodies of classical masterpieces—delivering an opera medley synced to scenes from the film Showa Ninkyoden.
Tamori and Akiko Wada also appear.

It’s been a while since I’ve had any romance.misono

A parody song by misono that weaves her unique views on love into the lyrics.
Messages that challenge conventional values—such as polyandry and hopes about childrearing—sparked widespread discussion.
It shines with the frank and bold expression characteristic of misono, who began her solo career in 2006.
After performing it on Sanma no Karakuri TV, reactions on social media were mixed, with some young women saying, “I get it.” Recommended for those struggling with love or marriage, and for anyone interested in thinking about the diversity of values.
Among fans, it’s remembered as a track that distills misono’s philosophy into a single song.
