NO CONTROLSIAM SHADE

It was included as the first track on SHAM SHADE’s debut indie album, “SHAM SHADE,” and was later released as a live recording on the ninth disc (Budokan LEGEND of SANCTUARY) of an album set that totaled ten discs—an amount that’s hard to imagine nowadays.
Not Alone ~Let's Be Happy~SMAP

This is a song that makes you feel the miracle of life being bestowed.
Even when you’re apart, you’re not alone—you’re not alone; it feels like someone is encouraging you.
SMAP gives us courage and energy.
This song is truly beautiful and wonderful.
No Boy No CrySTANCE PUNKS

STANCE PUNKS is a punk rock band formed in 1998.
They were among the forerunners of the so-called youth punk boom that swept through the 2000s.
Their energetic sound, straight-ahead vocals, and lyrics are all blazing, masculine, and cool.
Representative songs include No Boy No Cry, which was used as a theme song for the anime NARUTO, and LET IT ROCK, which was used as baseball player Kosuke Fukudome’s walk-up song.
No TelephoneSeagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Her

The quirky name SEAGULL SCREAMING KISS HER KISS HER is inspired by the title of a work by the British band XTC.
This track is a cool song with a strong punk-rock vibe front and center.
Also noteworthy is the fast, sharp performance that never makes you think it’s an all-female band.
There are even parts that evoke the Sex Pistols.

NocturneSECRET GARDEN

If you’re a figure skating fan, you’ll probably recognize the piece Akiko Suzuki used for her exhibition at the 2007 All Japan Medalist on Ice.
This “Nocturne” is a celebrated work by the distinctive duo Secret Garden—a violinist and a pianist—who represented Norway at the annually held Eurovision Song Contest and won in 1995 with this very piece.
Its mysterious melody, led by an elegant waltz rhythm and violin lines, along with a modest yet memorable vocal part, makes you feel as though you’re being transported to another world just by listening.
In 2011, the popular Irish female group Celtic Woman covered the song, so some of you may know it from there.
It’s a track you’ll want to try dancing to at least once, whether at demonstrations, competitions, or social parties!
NOT FOUNDSexy Zone

Sexy Zone, also affectionately known as “Sekuzo,” is a five-member group that debuted in 2011.
When they first debuted, they had a fresh, youthful cuteness, but since then they’ve increasingly showcased a cool, mature appeal.
Their 2020 release “NOT FOUND” was used as the theme song for the drama “Babel Kusakyou,” starring Fuma Kikuchi.
From the sound on up, traces of sophistication are sprinkled throughout.
The lyrics are passionate and convey a certain strength as well.
It’s also a song with elements of an encouraging anthem.
Peduncular Empty HallShu

Since its release on December 8, 2023, Shu’s track “Nōgara Garandō” has commanded a striking presence.
Featuring Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka on vocals, it captivates listeners with a unique beat and lyrics rich in onomatopoeia.
It skillfully depicts everyday moments and emotions, sparking each listener’s imagination.
It’s a piece that lingers not only while you’re listening, but long after.
A standout work I highly recommend to those who seek both an infectious groove and profound emotional expression.
