Mori is a town located in the western part of Shizuoka Prefecture, established in 1955.
This song was created by a volunteer group in 2015 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the merger.
It was composed by Yumiko Kato, who is also active as a pianist.
In this video, the mayor also sings.

It’s the prefectural anthem established in 1968, and an EP was released the same year.
The lyrics were chosen through a public contest.
The music, composed by Yoshinao Nakada, is based on three themes: “abundance,” “beauty,” and “strength.” In recent years it has been performed infrequently, so it might be a somewhat rare piece.

It is a prefectural residents’ favorite song established in 1990.

Izu City is the fourth-largest municipality in Shizuoka Prefecture.
This theme song was created to commemorate the 2004 merger of four towns that gave birth to the city.
It is included on the album Jiku by the band Rin’, a group of traditional Japanese instrument performers.

It is the civic song of Fuji City, located in the eastern part of Shizuoka Prefecture with views of Mount Fuji, composed by Seiichiro Uno, who produced music for many anime and puppet shows.

This is the city song of Kosai, located at the westernmost end of Shizuoka Prefecture, established in 1972.
It celebrates Kosai’s nature, history, and industries.
This video features a mixed chorus performance by four choral groups, presented at the Kosai Civic Hall to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the city’s incorporation.

This is also a song from Fuji City.
If you’re from Fuji City, you may have danced to it in elementary school and elsewhere.
It’s also danced at the Fuji Festival held every July.
