A perfect pick for elementary school kids looking for music that makes their hearts dance with the arrival of spring is the collaboration track by yama and bocchi boromaru! Released in October 2023 and chosen as the opening theme for the TV anime Pokémon, this song brims with vibrant energy that seems to symbolize a fresh spring beginning.
Through the lens of Pokémon, the two artists warmly express feelings of affection and a path of growth, and their personal episodes spark children’s imaginations.
With its bright, positive message and melody, this piece will give kids a gentle push as they take new steps under the spring sunshine.

Takayuki Miyauchi, a legend of the anison world.
True to his role as an anime song vocalist, he’s known for his sense of justice and manly spirit, and he’s highly regarded not only for his vocal prowess but also for his character.
The song he performs, “Dareka ga Kimi o Aishiteru” (“Someone Loves You”), was used as the ending theme for the tokusatsu hero series Kamen Rider BLACK RX.
The song carries the message that everyone has someone precious who cares for them.
It’s a perfect track for spring, the season of farewells and new encounters, isn’t it?
Spring CryAoi Teshima

This is the opening theme of Goro Miyazaki’s first television anime series, Ronja, the Robber’s Daughter.
The anime tells the coming-of-age story of Ronja, a bandit’s daughter, who learns how to live in the forest through her own strength and with the help of her parents.
The song Spring Thundercry features lyrics that evoke the forest’s abundant nature and the changing seasons.
The lyrics were written by director Goro Miyazaki, and the music was composed by Hiroko Taniyama, known for Teru’s Song from Tales from Earthsea and insert songs from From Up on Poppy Hill.
The Asterisk WarShiena Nishizawa

This is the opening theme of the anime The Asterisk War.
After releasing Fubuki, the ending theme for Kantai Collection -KanColle-, Shiena Nishizawa made a striking debut with this cool, fast-paced track.
Though it features a female vocal, her powerful voice holds its own against the intense sound.
A perfect day for cherry blossomsMai Hoshimura

It’s a song that was used as an ending theme for the anime BLEACH.
Its gentle, soothing tone makes it easy to imagine spring, and that’s really appealing.
In particular, the transition where the acoustic guitar hands off to the piano in the intro is so beautiful it’s mesmerizing.
Goodbye, bye-byeMasako Mawatari

Masako Maeda is an artist who was active in the 1990s.
Unfortunately, in 1996 she lost her voice due to a neurosis, and her full-fledged career as an artist ended after just four years.
These days, while working as a music instructor, she also seems to provide songs for other artists.
One of her songs, “Sayonara Bye Bye,” was used as the ending theme for the popular anime Yu Yu Hakusho.
It’s a breakup-themed song that’s perfect for spring, the season of farewells.
