Last One LeftFredo Bang

Fredo Bang, a rising young rapper drawing attention in the Southern scene.
Unlike many other up-and-coming rappers, he doesn’t overhype himself on social media; he’s earned his reputation purely on skill, and expectations for his future are high.
Among his works, the track I especially recommend for summer is “Last One Left.” It features a melodic rap style, with a track that carries a romantic vibe.
It might be perfect to listen to while watching a midsummer sunset.
Dirt Off Your ShoulderJay Z

This hip-hop classic by Jay-Z pairs a gang-like vocal approach with a thick, dope production.
His exceptional skills convey a strong sense of dynamism, and the track has a refreshing quality that makes it a great recommendation for summer.
Hit ‘Em Up2Pac

Tupac, a legendary figure in West Coast hip-hop.
This track is one of the most notable among his many songs.
Released in June 1996 and produced by Johnny “J,” it drew attention for its provocative lyrics targeting Biggie Smalls amid the height of the East Coast–West Coast feud.
The beat is smooth and perfect for summer drives or outdoor activities like barbecues.
If you love ’90s hip-hop, be sure to check it out.
Thief In The NightCoi Leray X G Herbo

The classic track “Thief In The Night” by Boston-born female rapper Coi Leray and one of Chicago’s most talked-about rappers, G Herbo.
Released in 2022, this piece is built on an exceptionally hard-hitting track and carries a cool vibe throughout.
Coi Leray’s melodic verses and G Herbo’s gritty rhymes match perfectly, making it a great listen on hot summer nights.

Humpty DanceDigital Underground

A hip-hop classic by Digital Underground, renowned as a polished masterpiece with outstanding stability, incorporating the flavor of P-Funk in its sound.
With its delicate approach, it’s easy on the ears and elevates the mood—an ideal track for summertime as well.
Princess DianaIce Spice & Nicki Minaj

Ice Spice, a female rapper from the Bronx.
I think it’s no exaggeration to say she’s one of the hottest female rappers in the current hip-hop scene.
In April 2023, she released a new track collaborating with Nicki Minaj, who also has massive support in the female rap scene.
It’s already making waves on TikTok and elsewhere, so many of you may have heard it.
The contrast between the cute track and the hard-hitting lyrics makes it a uniquely compelling song.
Centered on themes of self-praise and self-assertion, it showcases both artists’ strengths to the fullest.
It’s a perfect pick for summer parties or whenever you want to boost your mood.
