Reach to the heavensTetsuya Takeda

This is Takeda Tetsuya’s ninth single, released in March 1990, which was chosen as the theme song for the film Doraemon: Nobita and the Animal Planet.
The lyrics were written by Takeda Tetsuya himself, with music composed by Horiuchi Takao.
The song carries a message that gently affirms our true selves, embracing human frailties—such as hesitation and tears—as part of being human.
Its warm gaze softly envelops the listener’s heart and offers a quiet courage.
When you stumble and feel a bit worn out, listening to it can bring a sense of comfort that loosens a tightly wound heart.
TemperanceMAS-RAO

This is a track whose appeal lies in its majestic, decadent worldview.
It’s performed by MAS-RAO (Rei) from MAS-RAO, a special project unit of NIJISANJI members.
Contrary to the title’s theme of “Temperance,” the lyrics depict taboo, desire, and the loss waiting at their end.
The tragic story, reminiscent of the Icarus fable, draws you deeper into its world with every listen.
The song is included on the debut single “MAS-RAO 1st,” releasing in August 2025.
Immerse yourself in this gothic, beautiful tale.
Rain of Iron Rust and Bonfiresto act self-righteous; to put on airs

A passionate duet song by Yoshiburu that fuses Latin jazz rock with kayōkyoku (Japanese pop).
Released in March 2023, this cool number vividly portrays two people relying solely on each other’s presence.
The pairing of Hatsune Miku’s crystal-clear vocals with Chisei’s mature, intellectual tone is outstanding.
It’s a perfect Vocaloid track for a well-synchronized duo who want to sing as if hurling their emotions at each other.
Tell Me Tell Me ☆PiKi

This PiKi track is packed with that sweet-and-sour feeling of wanting to know how your crush really feels.
Released as a single in July 2025, it was chosen as the theme song for a segment on “Oha Suta.” Riding a catchy sound woven from rhythmic beats and futuristic synthesizers, the lyrics express the pure flutter of a protagonist whose mind is completely occupied by the one they like.
The harmony blending Karen Matsumoto’s clear, translucent voice with Haruka Sakuraba’s warm tone is just wonderful.
It’s perfect for when you want to savor the heart-pounding excitement of a love that’s just beginning!
Angel or demon?Jesus

A captivating pop tune themed around the duality of angel and demon.
Created by JeezAsu, this piece was released in May 2025.
It was produced as the official demo song for VoiSona Amai.
With Amai’s cute singing voice, it skillfully conveys the charm of angels and the temptation of demons, enchanting listeners.
The bright, catchy melody and rhythmic sound arrangement are top-notch—an irresistibly addictive Amai track that makes you want to move to the beat.
angelic volatilityYamaji

A duet song that draws you into a fragile yet beautiful world where sanctity and delicacy coexist.
It’s a work by Vocaloid producer Yamaji, released in May 2024.
Over a cool sound that fuses trap and post-rock, it portrays a precarious relationship between two people who revere each other like angels, yet sense that they will one day fade away.
The give-and-take of their lines conveys a tangle of aching emotions that tightens your chest before you know it.
Once you listen, you might find it impossible to escape this unique story.
TETETEPilafian

Pilaf Seijin is a rapper drawing attention in the MC battle scene.
While opinions about him in battles are divided, his recorded tracks have been highly praised, especially among teen heads.
Among his songs, the one I particularly recommend is “TETETE.” It’s a track drenched in Auto-Tune, but the flow itself is fairly simple and melodious, leaning more toward a vocal performance than straight rap.
Though it sits on the higher side, the overall range isn’t very wide, making it a song that’s relatively easy to sing for all genders.
