This is a song by Maki, also known under the name “Gizen-sha P” (Hypocrite P).

This is “Pygmalion” by the music unit out of survice.
The original meaning of “Pygmalion” is the story of falling in love with a statue one has made.
When I first heard this song, I wondered who was singing it.
I still can’t believe it’s a Vocaloid.
This track broadened the scope of what Vocaloid can do.
I think it’s a song that deserves to be known by many more people.
From Pippi Spicy, to Spicyko.Kanimiso P
This song was used as the ending theme for the anime “Hakata Mentai! Pirikarako-chan.” Composed by Kanimiso-P—also known as the creator of the hugely popular Gakupo classic “Dancing☆Samurai”—it was released in 2019.
A cute and poppy tune themed around mentaiko (spicy cod roe), its adorable sound alone is enough to soothe the soul.
The vocalists Mikoto and Hime sound like they’re having fun, too.
Perfect for when you want to lift your spirits!
slightly spicyKuritanika
This is a Vocaloid track with a delightfully crisp tone that makes you want to start dancing.
It’s by the Vocaloid producer Kuritanika, who also created “Apollo” and “Tarante La Musica,” and it was released in June 2023.
If you’re into dance rock, this is a must-listen.
The flow and rhythm of the lyrics feel incredibly satisfying.
And the standout feature of this work is that it’s sung by VOICEVOX Kasukabe Tsumugi.
Since VOICEVOX is software that reads out typed text, it doesn’t actually have a “singing” function.
You can really see Kuritanika’s technical prowess.

This song expresses the sadness of not winning those lotteries.
It’s a track by Vocaloid producer Nikkukiyu, released the same year.
Its appeal lies in an energetic yet wistful band sound and lyrics that feel strikingly realistic.

It’s a mature duet number sung by Yuzuki Yukari and IA.
The band sound is wrapped in the beautiful tones of strings and piano, and that sultry sonic texture highlights the fragile quality of their vocals.
