You're crazy.WurtS

WurtS – I'm Going Crazy (Official Audio)
WurtS is crazy

It’s an ending theme that aligns perfectly with the world of the anime Dandadan, where the occult and youth collide at a dizzying pace.

Crafted by singer-songwriter WurtS, the song gives voice to characters bewildered by sudden blossoming feelings and driven by impulses that defy reason.

Its sound layers a pop rhythm with electronic beats and breezy guitars, as if packing the sparkle and confusion of adolescence into music.

The creative background—resonating deeply with the original work while telling its own story—adds further depth to the track.

Released in July 2025, this song colors the ending of Dandadan Season 2.

It captures the raw heat of a romance just beginning, when you can’t help but be fixated on someone.

It can’t be helped.Rupar P

It’s a mixture rock piece that perfectly matches the forlorn air of autumn.

Created by Vocaloid producer Rupar-P, known for a decadent aesthetic with Japanese motifs, the song was released in October 2021 and participated in the Rookie Ranking of VocaColle 2021 Autumn.

It portrays the desperate wish of a protagonist, struggling amid resignation and self-loathing, to still be understood by someone.

The lyrics, which express the ebb and flow of emotion, combined with flower’s powerful vocals, amplify the sense of pent-up frustration.

Many in the younger generation will likely find themselves empathizing with these feelings.

DolphinOH MY GIRL

DolphinOH MY GIRL

OH MY GIRL is a six-member idol group formed in 2015.

Their music is rooted in orthodox K-pop, and they’ve gained popularity for their quintessential idol appeal.

Among their songs, the one I especially recommend is Dolphin.

It has a slightly tropical house vibe, featuring a smooth, level vocal line without dramatic peaks.

The mixed-voice section right before the chorus can be a tricky spot, but since it doesn’t require belting, anyone should be able to sing it if they adjust to a suitable key.

DRIVE TO BLUEL’Arc〜en〜Ciel

DRIVE TO BLUEL'Arc〜en〜Ciel

An alternative rock number bursting with a sense of speed, driven by piercing, vibrant synthesizer tones.

Released in March 1998 as the lead single from the album “HEART,” it topped the Oricon weekly chart for two consecutive weeks.

The lyrics are said to capture the distinctive early-morning atmosphere felt in boyhood and a liberating sense that you could go anywhere.

At the same time, they convey a certain peril, like plunging into the color blue, offering a depth that can resonate as either hope or despair depending on the listener’s state of mind.

It’s a song that will firmly push you forward when you’re ready to break through your current situation and step into a new world.

Dramatic RainJunichi Inagaki

Junichi Inagaki is a male singer with a distinctive and memorable vocal tone.

Known for his unique musical style that blends city pop and AOR into Japanese kayōkyoku, he has produced many classic songs.

Among them, the one I especially recommend for aiming for a high score is Dramatic Rain.

With a relatively narrow vocal range of mid1 D# to hi A and a gently undulating vocal line, it should be manageable for men in their 60s who are accustomed to kayōkyoku melodies.

Be sure to check it out.

Dotonbori Human Drama Tendo Yoshimi

Yoshimi Tendo is an enka singer highly acclaimed for her live performances.

With first-class qualities across the board—vocal power, expressiveness, and fine techniques such as kobushi—she also has songs that are relatively easy to sing.

Among them, the one I especially recommend is Dotonbori Ninjo.

It’s a robust enka number with the flavor of Kawachi Ondo, but most of the kobushi are the type that undulate at the start of each phrase, so it’s not particularly difficult.

Of course, if you aim to replicate every detail, the difficulty is high; however, since most of the Kawachi Ondo-style kobushi occur in the lower register, anyone who can control pitch in the low range should be able to sing it without issue.

By the way, the reading of the title is not “Dotonbori Ninjo,” but “Tonbori Ninjo.”

fuse (detonating fuse)Yuya Tegoshi

Released as a digital single on July 9, 2025, “Dōkasen” (Fuse).

Chita Henry, who worked on “Vibration” from the first best album “Yuya Tegoshi SINGLES BEST” released on May 14, 2025, also wrote and composed “Dōkasen.” In this song, the A and B sections are relatively calm and sit comfortably in chest voice, but the range shoots up going into the chorus, so it’s recommended for those who are good at high notes! Most of the high notes are in falsetto—and a powerful falsetto at that—so you’ll want to project them clearly.

Before singing, take a deep breath, and aim your voice diagonally upward from your head with the image of a sharp “SWA-POW!” (lol).

Alternatively, imagining the sound resonating strongly at the back of your head might also make it easier to hit.

Try both and see which works better for you!
