Kamisushi City Song: Citizens' OndoAtsuki Torii

This is the civic folk song of Kamisu City, located at the southeastern tip of Ibaraki Prefecture, released in 2015.
The singer, Atsuki Torii, was a high school student at the time and had reportedly passed NHK’s Nodo Jiman amateur singing contest.
The video also features Kamisu City’s mascot character, Kamisukoko-kun.

It’s the image song for Tsuchiura City in southern Ibaraki Prefecture, composed by folk singer Kōsetsu Minami.
