Kamisushi City Song: Citizens’ Ondo by Atsuki Torii

This is the civic folk song of Kamisu City, located at the southeastern tip of Ibaraki Prefecture, released in 2015.

The singer, Atsuki Torii, was a high school student at the time and had reportedly passed NHK’s Nodo Jiman amateur singing contest.

The video also features Kamisu City’s mascot character, Kamisukoko-kun.

It seems to be a song performed by enka singer Shohei Narise, set in the port town of Minato in Ibaraki Prefecture.

The songwriting team is the duo of Shohei Mozu (lyrics) and Yuu Hijikawa (composition), known for the hit song “Hagure Kokiriko.”
