Bittersweetstorm

A classic Arashi song that expresses a sweet yet bittersweet love with a warm melody that gently embraces the heart.
This gem of a pop ballad showcases the blend of sweetness and bitterness in love through delicate harmonies and elegant dance performance.
Released in February 2014 and used as the theme song for Fuji TV’s Monday 9 PM drama “Heartbroken Chocolatier,” it features a sweet four-on-the-floor house sound infused with technopop elements, creating a soft, springlike atmosphere.
It’s a song that stays close to those who can only meet the one they love in their dreams or who carry an unrequited love.
Naniwa Iroha-bushiKanjani Eight

A debut work distinguished by its unique musical style that fuses enka and rock.
Quoting Japan’s traditional Iroha poem, it powerfully sings of the joys and struggles of everyday life while praising Kansai’s culture and the character of its people.
Released exclusively in the Kansai region in August 2004 and nationwide the following month, the song was used as the ending theme for the TV Tokyo variety show “Ura-Jani.” It’s a recommended track for those who want to enjoy a distinctly Kansai atmosphere or are interested in the fusion of traditional Japanese music with contemporary sounds.
ChankapanaNEWS

When it comes to NEWS songs that really get the crowd going, Chankapana has to be at the top of the list! Released in 2012, this upbeat track was the group’s first single as a four-member unit, showcasing their exceptional vocal ability and overwhelming intensity.
In this song, NEWS fans are portrayed as beloved ones—“Chankapana”—making it both comical and glamorous.
It’s packed with elements that make it perfect for karaoke, and the irresistibly catchy chorus will absolutely make you want to hum along.
If you can nail the long high note at the end, the rush is phenomenal—and it’s a great one to sing together and hype everyone up!

Roller Coaster RomanceKinKi Kids

KinKi Kids are an idol duo who made their mark from the 1990s into the 2000s, armed with outstanding vocal ability.
While many of their songs are both catchy and stylish, Jetcoaster Romance is crafted as a very bright J-pop number.
Its nostalgic melody evokes the atmosphere of the late ’90s, and many listeners may find it brings back memories of their youth.
The tune is easy to listen to, so even those who are only familiar with recent Johnny’s acts should find it very approachable.
Be sure to give it a listen.
DarlingV6

The 23rd single by V6, a six-member idol group that disbanded to much regret.
It was used as the theme song for the TBS drama “Kimi wa Pet,” starring Jun Matsumoto of Arashi.
Just hearing the intro gives you a sense of fun and makes your body start to move! The chorus is a playful number that mixes Japanese and English.
The vibe of the six members fits the song perfectly, and their voices overlap to lift it even higher.
It’s great for driving and karaoke, too!
Love so sweetstorm

One of national idol group Arashi’s signature songs.
It’s also well known as the theme song for the drama “Boys Over Flowers 2 (Returns).” Since it was tied to a drama starring Jun Matsumoto, the structure—with him in the center position and given solo parts—leaves a strong impression.
With a euphoric sound that feels as if feelings for a loved one are overflowing, and lyrics that express a love that keeps growing, the song conveys a sense of gentleness and warmth.
Monsterstorm

Despite going on hiatus in 2020, the five-member idol group Arashi—whose members continue to shine individually—released this as their 30th single.
The song was used as the theme for the TV drama Kaibutsu-kun and the film Kaibutsu-kun, both starring leader Satoshi Ohno, and it’s known for being particularly popular among fans.
Its arrangement employs chromatic passages that evoke the title, and the contrast with the refreshing melody in the chorus showcases the group’s expressive range.
With a gothic atmosphere and irresistibly catchy tune, it’s a standout number that lets you fully appreciate Arashi’s cool appeal.
