Ya no queda nadaAlba Diaz

Alba Díaz is a cantaora whose captivating vocals blend flamenco at the core with elements of Black music like R&B and soul.
She’s a personal recommendation of mine.
She’s such a niche artist that probably most Spaniards don’t know her, but her vocal prowess rivals, if not surpasses, Buika’s.
She mainly performs as a cantaora.
On her albums, alongside original tracks, she covers classic R&B and soul songs in Spanish.
Her original songs are incredibly stylish and refined, so definitely check her out!
Solamente TúPablo Alborán

Pablo Alborán is a singer-songwriter who enjoys tremendous popularity in Spain.
His musical style blends pop with elements of flamenco, similar to Alejandro Sanz—what you might call the nuevo flamenco genre.
He has also achieved great commercial success, winning three Latin Grammy Awards.
Although he remains active at the top of the scene, he continues to release songs that, as in his early days, make extensive use of acoustic sounds.
He’s a very catchy artist, so be sure to check him out!
SloMoChanel

Chanel, who hails from Spain, is a multi-talented artist specializing in pop, Latin pop, and reggaeton.
She made her debut in December 2021 and quickly gained attention with “SloMo.” Representing Spain at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest, she finished in third place—a remarkable achievement not seen since 1995.
Her songs often center on themes of self-affirmation and body positivity, and her energetic performances are a key part of her appeal.
Excelling in both dance and vocals, she is recommended not only for fans of Latin music but also for those drawn to powerful female artists.
Quién Te Quiere A TiCarlos De Pepa

Carlos de Pepa, who gained attention for his appearance on La Voz—the Latin version of the globally popular audition show The Voice—has a standout charm: his deeply weathered, husky voice.
He does have a certain level of vocal skill as well, but his voice is so good that it almost makes everything else irrelevant.
Although he doesn’t have a long track record as an artist, he already exudes the presence of a seasoned veteran.
His songs are also extremely sophisticated, so be sure to check them out!
Soñar ContigoZenet

Zenet is an artist who is also active as an actor.
While his musical style is rooted in jazz, it blends a variety of genres such as flamenco and tango.
His voice is very high, and if you listen with your eyes closed, it could even sound like a woman’s.
His signature song Soñar Contigo didn’t achieve major commercial success, but it earned very high praise from music connoisseurs.
He also collaborated with Miguel Poveda on this track.
Be sure to check it out!
MaloBEBE

Bebe, an artist from Valencia.
She has enjoyed commercial success and won the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2005.
Her songs often incorporate sounds that tend to perform well commercially.
Because of that, the album she released in 2009 received criticism from reviewers, but it still rode the zeitgeist and reached number one on the charts.
“Malo” is a relatively artistic song among her works.
