Vocaloid songs that start with 'Ka'
The Vocaloid scene just keeps getting more and more exciting!
In addition to offline events held every year like “Magical Mirai,” the online event “The VOCALOID Collection,” commonly known as VocaColle, becomes a major topic of conversation every time it’s held.
There’s even a new term for younger Vocaloid fans: the “Vocaloid-native generation.”
It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that the world of synthesized vocals has taken root as a music genre in its own right.
Now then, what I’m going to introduce this time is Vocaloid songs that start with the letter “Ka” (か)!
I hope you discover some new music you’ll love!

Colorful × MelodyTeam MOER

It’s a pop song included in the rhythm game Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd! It’s a star-studded collaboration by doriko, Ryuusei-P, and OSTER project, released in 2010.
As the title suggests, it’s incredibly catchy and a real pleasure to listen to.
The bright, sunny arrangement and vocals are uplifting.
The lyrics are irresistibly packed with that bittersweet feeling of “I really, really love you.”
The Mysterious Thing’s Bizarre Music Boxparticles (te-ni-wo-ha)

It’s a cool Japanese-style rock song packed to the brim with names of traditional Japanese yokai.
It’s fun because it features everything from yokai that every Japanese person has probably heard of at least once to rare ones you’ll think, “This is the first time I’ve heard of that!” You’ll feel a real sense of accomplishment if you can get through the fast-paced part without stumbling.
Kawaii Rap ShowDen no Ko P and Matsugasa

There are rap battles where people freestyle and diss each other, but this song takes a fun approach where they boast about their own cuteness instead.
It’s a collaboration by Den no Ko-P and Matsukasa, released in 2016.
Rather than a single track, it’s a video that lets you enjoy various rap segments.
It’s structured like a story, so please watch until the end.
COLORSToa

This is a song written for the album “Learning Junior High History with Vocaloid,” covering the period from the Nara era to the Heian era.
It features a calm tone that conveys the poignancy of love.
Another notable aspect is how the lyrics evoke the historical context of the times.
COLORToku-P

The author is the same person as ‘toku,’ a member of the professional music unit ‘beatica,’ and his real name is Hisanori Abe.
Under the name Hisanori Abe, he is active as a composer, arranger, manipulator, and remixer.
The high-quality melody line of this track garnered attention and marked a striking debut.
Karumia DollsToripiyo

A stylish electronic track infused with chiptune elements.
It’s a song by Vocaloid producer Toripiyo, released in 2020.
The advanced sound arrangement and the melody that carries a somewhat Japanese vibe make for a striking contrast.
The lyrics paint a rather dark world, and their sharp word choices and storytelling pull you in with no escape.
There’s a related track called “Anemone Glitch,” so be sure to give that a listen as well—it will deepen your appreciation for this song.
Slurping cup noodles, lol.Namiguru

It’s a cute Vocaloid song that will make you hungry.
The track is by Namiguru, a Vocaloid producer who has released many works using Zundamon, and it was published in July 2023.
Building on the previously released “Taiyo Pokapoka de Kusa,” it was created with Nissin’s Cup Noodles Seafood flavor as its theme.
This coincided with Yukopi’s “Kyofu All Back” being selected as the official commercial song for Cup Noodles Seafood flavor.
It seems to showcase Namiguru’s humorous personality.
